Creating events

Getting started with your ticket shop begins by configuring your event.

Prerequisites:

  • Access to an organisation in the backoffice

Creating a New Event

  • Navigate to “Your events” in the back office.
  • Click the “Create event” button in the top-right corner.

Event Configuration

Event name

Every event starts with a name. This is the name that will be displayed to your visitors.

You can provide translations so the name is shown in the visitor’s preferred language.

To manage translations, click the “list icon” above the language selector to expand all language options.

Event Description

The description helps visitors understand what your event is about. It is shown in the ticket shop.

Location

Let your visitors know where the event will take place.

You can either:

  • Select a previously configured location, or
  • Add a new one directly during setup.

Header image

The header image will appear on the tickets.

Make sure it has an aspect ratio of 19:6 for optimal display.

Event Days

Configure which days your event runs on:

  • Use the calendar to select one or more event days.
  • For each selected day, you can set a start and end time.
  • If the event continues past midnight, simply enter the end time (e.g., 03:00), and the system will automatically treat it as the next day.

You can set a maximum capacity per event day.

Later, when creating tickets, you’ll assign them to specific event days — this ensures you never oversell beyond the limits of your venue or permit.
