When using your own phone for scanning tickets, you can download the app trough the app store. Search for "FL gatekeeper" or use one of the links:
Login
You can login to the scanner by entering the code, or scanning a login QR code. To login with a QR code, press the "Login with QR" code and use the camera scanner (even on scan devices).
Make sure you use the right code for the entrance. A event might have different codes for different entrances and/or days.
Scan the ticket
When scanning using a mobile phone, simply point the camera to the QR code of the ticket. When the QR code is scanned, there are 3 responses possible:
Valid
When a ticket is valid, the scanner beeps and a green screen is visible. The user may access the event.
When you scan the same ticket within a few seconds, without scanning other tickets, the "valid" bar shakes a bit.
Already scanned
When a ticket has been scanned already, a orange screen shows. It shows the last time the ticket was scanned, so you can communicate this to the visitor.
Invalid
When the ticket is not valid for the entrance, we show a red screen. This means the ticket is not in the scanners list. When the ticket has just been bought, and the scanner has a flaky internet connection, you could wait a minute and try again.
Check if the ticket might be for a difference entrance (eg: VIP), if the ticket is for another day of the event, or if the ticket was a ticket for another edition of the event.
Please note that you need an internet connection to log in to the app. Once you’re logged in, you no longer need an internet connection, but we still recommend maintaining a stable connection.
